I had a great appointment today. I found a beautiful gown with the perfect amount of poof. Kathy was patient and kind, efficient and just delightful. She had a calm and comfortably quiet demeanor. I'll be back.
They are so helpful, and try their best to find a dress that fits you and flatters you the best, and also a dress you love. This is my second prom dress bought here, and I will recommend it to anyone!
I came with one of my bridesmaids today and we had a great time! The ladies in the shop were fantastic and helped us pick the types of dresses we were looking for. Hoping I can come back with my other two bridesmaids :) I definitely will be recommending this shop to any future brides I know!
While searching for a store to purchase my daughter's prom dress, I came across information on Gowntastic. I sent an email with some questions and received a very prompt response from them (on a Sunday). I made an appointment for the following Sunday and can't be happier with the way that my daughter was treated at this store! Julie was extremely helpful, kind, and patient while assisting my daughter with trying on the dresses. All communications with this organization so far has been extremely positive. I would highly recommend them to others!
I made an appointment for my fiance's mother and step-mother to come in and look at dresses for our upcoming wedding. Kathy was extremely helpful and attentive even though the shop was filled with ~6 girls and their parents looking for prom dresses. We really appreciated the feedback and excellent service we received during our appointment and found several potential dresses for the big day!
Julie and Kathy were great to work with. After meeting them at the Columbus Bridal Show, we knew we wanted to order our dresses through them. They did a great job talking with us about the styles of dresses and what to look for. They even let us know when new dresses were available. My Mother and I had a wonderful experience here today. My Mom has psoriatic arthritis and was very concerned with getting a mother of the bride dress for my upcoming wedding. It can be difficult for her to shop due to the difficulty of trying on clothes, a lot of walking, and that most stores only stock a size 4. Kathy, the store owner, was extremely accommodating, pulled dresses my mom would like, and even helped with choosing a gown that would look best sitting down as my mom is primarily in a wheelchair. Kathy also worked with our short time frame of a little over a month away until the wedding. My mother found a gorgeous dress in 30 minutes and was able to leave with the sample!
On a whim, I decided to try on a dress for our rehearsal dinner and found a great dress, too.
